Been feeling lost and looking to set some achievable goals? Not sure where to start?
Our upcoming Goal Setting for Well-being workshop encourages students to explore realistic goals to help improve their quality of life and support to work through any barriers/challenges to moving forward.
This workshop is a hands-on, practical guide to visualising and setting goals to experience recovery and fulfilment in life. By the end of the course, students will be able to:
a) identify areas for goal setting b) be able to set specific goals c) be able to list the steps needed to make progress with these goals, and; d) understand the S.M.A.R.T. Goals techniques
The end result is an inspiring vision board that you can take home with you to keep you focused and reminded of the goals you've set.
This course is facilitated by Nina - an Occupational Therapist at ACT Health and Fiona.
