Wondering how you can improve both your physical and mental health?
This course provides practical activities to help you reduce sedentary time and techniques and strategies to help you gain motivation develop achievable physical activity goals. Movement is Medicine is funded under a ACT Government Sport Participation Innovation Fund grant and is facilitated by Jana, an Exercise Physiologist, and Damien. This course is delivered in collaboration with Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS)
We currently have some vacancies available for this term. Classes will be held on Wednesday's from 1.30 to 4.30 pm and run for 5 weeks. If you would like to attend please complete an enrolment for here.
