
We still have some availability in our upcoming 'Movement is Medicine' course that commences on Monday 21st October.
This is a 6 week course that provides practical activities to help you reduce sedentary time; incorporates techniques and strategies to help you gain motivation as well as developing achievable physical activity goals.
This course is facilitated by Sam and Emily.
Courses are capped at 10-12 participants.
