Tai Chi - Calming the mind and body

What better way to move into spring than an energising introduction to Taoist Tai Chi

Our dear friends over at ‘Communities@Work’ have engaged with the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia to run a free, 6 week introduction to tai chi.

What better way to move into spring than with an energising introduction to Taoist Tai Chi.

These sessions will be led by accredited instructors, offering a method steeped in the tradition of an ancient wisdom and provide a way to develop a body that is strong, balanced and energetic; a mind that is calm and clear, yet creative and dynamic, and a spirit that is light and peaceful, yet resilient.

There’s no need to book - just come along. We encourage you to complete all 6 sessions to appreciate the full benefits. Wear comfortable loose pants and flat shoes.

When: Each Friday morning Time: 10:00am - 11:00am Commencing: 23 August to 27 September Where: Tuggeranong Community Centre Hall Cost: Free

**Your also welcomed to join us for morning tea afterwards.** For more information, contact: Linda O'Connell Community Development Officer Communities@Work P: (02) 6293 6239 A: 172 Dixon Drive, Holder, ACT 2611
